(Portland, OR)  --  At least five families are displaced following a fire at an apartment complex in southeast Portland.  Firefighters responded to the apartments off Southeast Foster near 129th just before 7:30 last night.  Investigators say it appears the blaze started on the second floor and then extended into the third floor and the attic.  The Red Cross is helping the displaced families.
