(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested a man accused of kidnapping two women and then leading police on a high-speed pursuit in southwest Portland last week.  The Washington County Sheriff's Office says deputies arrested 20-year-old Edgar Adrian Hernandez of Cornelius last night during a traffic stop.  Police say Hernandez offered to drive two women home from a party in the Portland area last week.  However, after the women got into his car, police say Hernandez told them he wasn't going to take them home after all and began driving erratically.  Police say deputies clocked him going 100 miles per hour and tried to pull him over, but he kept going until he eventually crashed and then fled on foot.
