(Vancouver, WA)  --  A man is facing child abuse charges after allegedly hit a boy dozens of times with a metal spoon.  Police arrested Scott William Stuart Monday for the alleged abuse back in 2017 in Clark County.  He's accused of hitting his girlfriend's 6-year-old son with a metal spoon dozens of times.  Police began investigating after the boy showed up to school with bruises on two separate occasions.
