(Adams, OR)  --  A 62-year-old woman is dead after being swept away by floodwaters in Umatilla County.  Police found the body of Janet Tobkin Conley yesterday on the Bar M Ranch property near her home.  Neighbors had reported Conley missing on Saturday after last hearing from her on Thursday, when she reportedly refused to evacuate her home.  Meanwhile, crews were working through the weekend to rescue residents who'd become stranded by the floodwaters.  The Oregon Army National Guard airlifted 21 people to safety on Saturday.
