(Adams, OR)  --  Recovery efforts continue in Umatilla County following days of flooding that killed one woman and forced dozens of residents from their homes.  Officials say rescue crews will be checking on residents and cleaning up debris as the water continues to recede.  On Sunday, police found the body of 62-year-old Janet Tobkin Conley on the Bar M Ranch property near her home.  Neighbors had reported Conley missing on Saturday after last hearing from her on Thursday, when she reportedly refused to evacuate her home.
