(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a driver killed in a crash on the Glenn Jackson Bridge.  The Portland Police Bureau says 25-year-old Yevgeniy Kovalenko of Gresham was killed in the crash early Saturday morning.  Investigators believe he may have been speeding when he crashed into the back of a semi-truck.  An investigation is ongoing.
