(North Bend, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into a video of a teenage girl putting a vaping device into the mouth of a baby in North Bend.  Police say the video was reported Monday at North Bend High School.  Police have identified and interviewed the 15-year-old girl, who was babysitting the eight-month-old baby at the time of the incident.  Child Protective Services is also investigating.
