(Portland, OR)  --  Health Share of Oregon is reporting a data breach affecting hundreds of thousands of people.  The organization says someone broke into an external vendor's office last November and stole a laptop containing sensitive information for more than 654-thousand patients.  The exposed information includes names, addresses, phone numbers, birthdates, Social Security numbers and Medicaid ID numbers.  The  organization is offering a year of free credit monitoring to those affected by the breach.
