(Albany, OR)  --  A man is facing charges after allegedly shooting another man in the face during an argument in Albany.  Police responded to an apartment off Southeast Geary Street yesterday afternoon and rushed 24-year-old Christopher Samuel Bailey to the hospital.  Police arrested 21-year-old Garret Stephen Byrnes at the scene.
