(Eugene, OR)  --  Police are identifying the victim of a deadly crash in Eugene as a teenager who's been missing since 2018.  The Reedsport Police Department says 17-year-old Jayla Hawkins was walking on I-105 earlier this month when she was struck by multiple vehicles and killed.  Police say Hawkins had been missing since August of 2018.  An investigation is ongoing.
