(Vancouver, WA)  --  One person is facing charges after allegedly stabbing someone in the neck during a fight in Clark County.  Police arrested 44-year-old Rima McQuestion yesterday on a charge of attempted homicide.  The victim was rushed to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
