(Portland, OR)  --  One man is recovering after being shot in the foot while fighting with a second man over a gun on Valentine's Day.  The Portland Police Bureau says 32-year-old Brandon Larson and 43-year-old Steven Robinson were arguing outside a convenience store in north Portland's Portsmouth neighborhood Friday when a handgun fell out of Larson's pocket.  The two men then started fighting over the gun, causing it to go off three times.  One of the bullets hit Larson in the foot.  He was hospitalized before being released into police custody.  Robinson was also arrested.
