(Portland, OR)  --  The Portland Business Alliance is voicing its opposition to Portland Metro's proposed regional income tax.  The group sent a letter to Portland Metro earlier this week saying the tax would create too much of a burden on residents.  The alliance says Portland Metro should instead create a payroll tax to help fund a fix for the region's homelessness problem.
