(Tigard, OR) -- A parole hearing is scheduled today for a man convicted of murdering two Tigard teenagers in 1991. Randal Mott will appear before Oregon's Board of Parole for a hearing meant to determine whether he's likely to be rehabilitated within a reasonable period of time.
