(Portland, OR)  --  Students at the soon-to-be-shuttered Concordia University are getting some help from other local colleges.  The Oregon Alliance of Independent Colleges and Universities held a transfer fair at the college yesterday.  The event was aimed at helping Concordia students transfer credits to new schools.  Concordia announced last week it plans to close its doors after this spring semester.
