(Portland, OR) -- Police say a teenager has turned themselves in in connection to a vandalism incident during a protest in Portland. The 15-year-old reportedly surrendered yesterday and was interviewed on charges of Abuse of a Memorial to the Dead and first-degree criminal mischief before being released to their parents. Police say the teen spray painted a war memorial during a protest downtown on February 8th. Police are still searching for three other suspects accused of throwing objects at officers and spraying others with pepper spray.
