(Newport, OR)  --  The search for a missing fisherman is ending in tragedy.  Police in Newport say they recovered the body of Norman Grant after another fisherman discovered it Wednesday at the Hallmark Fisheries dock.  Grant was reported missing after last being seen on February 8th.  He was a crew member of the fishing boat "Prolifik."
