(Jefferson, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into the discovery of a man's body in the Willamette River in rural Polk County.  The Marion County Sheriff's Office says someone was boating on the river yesterday when they came across the partially decomposed body near the Buena Vista Ferry.  Search and rescue deputies recovered the body from the water.  An autopsy is scheduled for this morning.
