(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for a suspect in connection to a deadly hit and run in northeast Portland.  Police say the victim was walking at Northeast 42nd Avenue and Halsey Street Saturday night when a vehicle crashed into them and then kept going.  First responders pronounced the victim dead at the scene of the crash.
