(Portland, OR)  --  Clackamas County is declaring a state of emergency as it prepares for possible cases of novel coronavirus.  The county issued the state of emergency yesterday "to address the potential of future COVID-19 incidents."  So far, Oregon has had three cases of coronavirus.  Two of the patients live in Washington County, while the third is from Umatilla County.
