(Lake Oswego, OR)  --  One woman is dead after crashing into a tree in Lake Oswego.  Police say the 61-year-old woman was driving along Iron Mountain Boulevard between Summit Drive and Fairway Road yesterday morning when her vehicle left the roadway and collided with a tree.  She was rushed to the hospital, where she died from her injuries.  It's not yet clear what led to the crash.
