(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a pedestrian who was killed in a hit and run in northeast Portland.  Police say 36-year-old Chantel Downs of Portland was using the crosswalk at Northeast 42nd Avenue and Halsey Street Saturday night when a vehicle crashed into her and then kept going.  First responders pronounced her dead at the scene of the crash.  Police are still searching for a suspect.
