(Portland, OR)  --  One person is injured following a shooting in northeast Portland.  Police say the 21-year-old man was shot last night off Northeast Hassalo Street.  He was taken to a hospital and is expected to survive.  Police say a car was seen speeding off after officers arrived at the scene.  The suspect remains at large.
