(Portland, OR)  --  A 25-year-old man is accused of kidnapping and sexually abusing a four-year-old girl in Portland.  The Multnomah County District Attorney's Office says it's issued a six-count Jessica's Law indictment against Richy Kinu for the incident last August.  Police say the victim and her mother were walking home from the grocery store when Kinu distracted the mother and then ran off with the child.  The mother was unable to keep up with Kinu and lost sight of them.  When she finally found her child, she says she saw signs of sexual assault.  She took the child to a hospital, where authorities collected a sexual assault forensic examination kit, which turned up Kinu's DNA.
