(Portland, OR)  --  One person is dead and two others are injured after their vehicle crashed into a tree on Naito Parkway.  The Portland Police Bureau says three women were inside the car when it crashed yesterday morning near Harriston Street.  The driver died at the scene, while two female passengers were hospitalized, one of them with life-threatening injuries.  An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
