(Salem, OR)  --  The search for a person who drove their vehicle into the Willamette River near Salem is transitioning into a recovery mission.  The Marion County Sheriff's Office says the driver is now presumed dead after driving off a ramp at Wheatland Ferry yesterday afternoon.  Police are resuming their search this morning after suspending it last night.
