(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into a racist threat found inside a bathroom at a high school in northeast Portland.  Grant High School Principal Carol Campbell says the graffiti discovered Tuesday threatened violence against black students.  Police increased their presence at the school yesterday.  The Portland Police Bureau is investigating.
