(Portland, OR)  --  A new restaurant and bar opens its doors today in the former Trifecta Tavern and Bakery space.  The Japanese-inspired Bar King will open for business today, with a connected cafe and bakery slated to open by the end of the month.  Bar King will feature wagyu beef and seaweed-cured scallops along with bar-friendly fare like smoked onion rings.
