(Vancouver, WA)  --  Health officials in Clark County are warning residents about a bloom of blue-green algae at Battle Ground Lake.  Clark County Public Health is testing to determine if toxins are in the water.  Results should be available later this week.  Meanwhile, residents are encouraged to avoid direct contact with lake water in areas of floating blue-green-colored scum.
