(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've made an arrest in connection to a shooting Friday night in north Portland.  The Portland Police Bureau says officers arrested 25-year-old Fernando Flores-Quinones of Portland on Saturday.  Police say a caller to 911 had reported a disturbance with a man driving a pickup Friday night.  While the caller was on the phone, shots were fired.  No one was injured in the shooting.
