(Portland, OR)  --  Multnomah County will begin efforts today to warn the homeless population about the novel coronavirus.  County officials say outreach workers will be out giving information on how to safely set up camps and when to seek medical care for symptoms associated with COVID-19.  Workers will also be handing out respiratory masks.  The county is hoping to reach two-thousand people.
