(Winston, OR)  --  Police are seeking the public's help in their investigation of a sexual abuse suspect in Douglas County.  Oregon State Police made a public appeal yesterday for information on 21-year-old Brandyn Olinger of Winston.  Police arrested Olinger yesterday following an investigation that began on March 1st, when a state trooper pulled him over and found a 15-year-old girl in his car.  Detectives say the girl did not have permission to be with Olinger, and they called her mother to pick her up.  Anyone with information on Olinger is urged to contact police.
