(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've made an arrest in connection to a shooting in Portland's Old Town neighborhood.  Police arrested 39-year-old Erik Wayne Joseph Tuesday afternoon near Northwest 1st Avenue and Northwest Couch Street.  Police say he shot and injured a man in that area on February 24.  He's facing charges of second-degree attempted murder, first-degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon and felon in possession of a firearm.
