(Portland, OR)  --  The 29th annual Kell's St. Patrick's Day Irish Festival is among events being canceled due to the novel coronavirus.  The owners of Kell's Irish Pub announced yesterday they're calling off the event in order to comply with new state guidelines banning gatherings of more than 250 people.  The festival was scheduled for today through Tuesday.  The owners say they'll still be celebrating St. Patrick's Day at their pubs, which will remain open for business as usual.
