(Portland, OR)  --  Health officials are confirming three new cases of novel coronavirus in Oregon, bringing the state's total to 39.  The Oregon Health Authority announced the new cases yesterday afternoon, one day after reporting Oregon's first death from COVID-19.  The three new patients are in Yamhill, Deschutes and Linn counties.
