(Portland, OR)  --  The novel coronavirus outbreak is forcing the rescheduling of the Spring Oregon Beach Cleanup.  The event originally set for March 28th is now scheduled for July 5th.  Event organizers are asking people who visit the beach before then to pick up as they go.
