(Portland, OR)  --  Clark County is confirming its fourth case of the novel coronavirus.  County health officials say the patient is a woman in her 40's who had contact with a confirmed case in Oregon.  She is being quarantined at home.  Washington State has 904 cases and 48 deaths.
