(Portland, OR)  --  The Oregon Department of Human Services is putting new restrictions on visitors to long-term care facilities and residential group homes.  It is part of an effort to protect against COVID-19.  Only essential medical and emergency personnel and visitors to residents who are in the end of life are allowed to enter the facilities.
