(Portland, OR)  --  The Oregon Humane Society is set to resume pet adoptions today.  They're implementing new procedures to minimize contact between the public and staff.  All adoptions require appointments.  You can start the process by going to the Oregon Humane Society website to fill out a questionnaire.
