(Tigard, OR)  --  Four people are facing narcotics and gun charges following a crash in Tigard.  Police say the suspects' SUV rolled over on Scholls Ferry Road near 121st Avenue Wednesday night.  When police arrived, they found people screaming at each other and throwing broken glass.  Police arrested one juvenile with a gun and three other people on previous warrants.  None of them suffered serious injuries.
