(Portland, OR)  --  The Oregon Convention Center might be used to house homeless during the coronavirus response.  Metro and Multnomah County are discussing plans to use the Convention Center as a shelter.  The Convention Center hasn't been used since the Governor issued the executive order banning events with more than 250 people, so the space is available.
