(Portland, OR)  --  The Portland Rose Festival is postponing this year's celebration due to the coronavirus.  The festival is normally held between May 22nd and June 7th.  Organizers hope to hold some or all of the events, but at this point they don't know when it'll happen.  They'll work with city leaders to determine the best timing to hold the celebration.
