(Lincoln City, OR)  --  One man is dead after falling off a boat into the water on Devil's Lake in Lincoln County.  Police say 60-year-old Steve Ton fell overboard Saturday when the boat he was on crossed its own wake while maneuvering a turn.  The driver of the boat dove into the water, but was unable to rescue Ton.  First responders were able to retrieve him and rushed him to a hospital, where he died.  The boat's driver was also hospitalized.
