(Portland, OR)  --  Forest Grove police have started a prescription drug delivery service for vulnerable citizens.  Officers will pick-up prescriptions at Bi-Mart, Safeway or Walgreens and deliver them to people who need them but can't get out of their homes because they're high risk.  People who need the service can call the Forest Grove Police Department's main office number and give them the prescription information.  They also need to pre-pay for the prescription over the phone.
