(Portland, OR)  --  A landlord in southeast Portland is reducing rent charges to help those struggling amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.  Mike Shiley tells KATU he's cut rent by 200 dollars for each of his 12 tenants indefinitely.  Shiley says it's cheaper to temporarily reduce rent than it would be to lose a tenant.
