(Portland, OR)  --  The Waterfront Blues Festival is being cancelled due to the novel coronavirus pandemic.  Event organizers announced the cancellation yesterday.  The annual event usually takes place around the Fourth of July holiday.  Organizers say this year's passes will be accepted at next year's festival.
