(Portland, OR)  --  Health officials are confirming more deaths from the novel coronavirus in Oregon.  The Oregon Health Authority announced three more COVID-19-related deaths yesterday, raising the state's death toll to eight.  The department also reported 18 new cases of the virus, raising Oregon's tally of cases to 209.
