(West Union, OR)  --  Fire officials say improperly disposed ashes are responsible for a blaze that displaced seven people in Washington County.  Fighters responded to a mobile home park in West Union yesterday morning and found two mobile homes and a carport on fire.  Both mobile homes were destroyed.  No one was injured. Investigators say the ashes were sitting in a recycling bin for two days before they ignited.
