(Portland, OR)  --  A carjacking suspect is facing charges after allegedly leading police on a chase through southeast Portland.  Officers say 20-year-old Jaquin Rubio confronted a woman near Southeast 135th and Powell early Tuesday morning and stole her car.  Late Tuesday night, a chase started after officers tried to stop the car near Southeast 136th and Holgate.  Police finally used spike strips to stop the car near Southeast 101st and Division.  Three occupants were detained, including Rubio, who faces nine charges including robbery and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
