(Portland, OR)  --  The U.S. Postal Service says two Portland employees have tested positive for COVID-19.  One employee worked at the Portland processing and distribution center, while the other worked at the office in Oak Grove.  Postal officials says risk to other employees is low, but they are taking precautions.
